All AGiRepair parts are serialized with a unique inventory sticker or use the barcode of the manufacturer label, which are used for our part number verification process. Please do not remove these stickers or labels, as this voids the warranty described within our RMA policy below. If we cannot verify the part being returned is ours, via our parts inspection process, we will be unable to provide a refund or account credit.
Refunds will be issued within three to five business days of receiving your parts return at our facility. If you have not received refund data within five business days, please email rma@agirepair.com for return and refund status.
AGiRepair offers the following warranties on defective parts. These warranties are not applicable for cosmetic, physical, or internal damage that are a direct result of customer use, or from repairs that are attempted and/or completed by a third-party (other than the seller).
Parts: We offer the industry’s best Lifetime Warranty on all parts we sell. If you have any issues with a part, you can return it for credit or replacement.
Chargers and batteries: We offer a one-year warranty on all chargers and batteries. If you have any issues with a charger or battery, you can return it for credit or replacement.
Devices: We offer a 90-day warranty on all devices. If you have any issues with a device, you can return it for credit or replacement within 90 days of purchase.
Damaged items must be reported within 10 business days. Please retain all original packaging, as it will be necessary to file a claim. If the original packaging cannot be provided, the customer’s RMA request will be denied. Please select “Damaged by Shipper” as reason for the return on the RMA Request Form.
Shipping charges will not be applied to replacement part orders when the return is due to AGiRepair error.
Please note, if you receive the wrong part, there is a 30-day time limit to request an RMA. Parts returned due to customer error are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We ask that all RMAs are returned to our facility within 15 business days. If an approved RMA is not returned within 15 business days from issuance of your RMA number, the RMA number will be voided and parts rejected upon arrival. If a replacement part is requested and we do not receive the RMA part back within 15 days of issuance of the RMA number, you will be invoiced for the replacement and the account on file will be charged.
AGiRepair reserves the right to refuse the RMA part during the receiving/inspection process if all conditions are not met as previously stated in our Parts Return Policy.
